Hey,
I am looking to purchase a custom NZXT BLD PC but I don't know what the best components are for my budget. My budget is $2000. Please advise me.

pick a game (e.g GTA V), leave the reso at 1080p, select $1500 budget and then select Intel CPU. You'll end up here,

Above build is good gaming PC and while you have $500 to go, you'll need 1080p monitor as well and peripherals too (if you don't add them in during customization). Don't forget to customize the build to suit your taste (e.g pick case color). For example, here's slightly customized build with black/red theme,
