Is 12V software reading this bad , OCCT - HWIFO64 - BIOS ,12V reading 11.872V no load , GPU 4090 12V rail no load 12.060V -12.070 12.070 , with load from OCCT POWER TEST ,CPU5950X - 240 watts 12V 11.704V , GPU -450watts - 11.889V 11.789V 11.903V , just for reference tested with same spec expect with other PSU FSP Hydro Pro PTM 1200W , 12v NO LOAD 12.040V , with load 11.812v , GPU 4090 no load 12.287v , with load 12.015.
also this is second C1500 , first one same results , tested in USA 115V .
