NZXT CAM issue

So I've recently built a new rig and bought a hue+ and aer 120 fans. Following instructions for the hue+ I had hooked everything up properly, the unit lights up and everything. However the fans don't light up, neither do the LED strips. I check CAM software and that is just an absolute mess. CAM isn't recognizing ANY of my components in my pc, It shows me having a Intel 4930k / all percentages are at 50.5 and I have hyper x ram, in reality I have

-Intel 7700k
-Trident Z 4x8 DDR4 RAM
-z270 Tomahawk Artic
-GTX 980
-Windows 10

The fans are mounted to my radiator at the top and they run but no LED whatsoever. I've tried contacting NZXT for 2 weeks now about the issue and got NO response whatsoever. This is starting to piss me off because the build is Red,White, and Blue themed and its a huge part of the look that I wanted.

did you follow the booklet settings fro the fan and led recheck wiring to them from psu to aer and usb plug also the cable to motherboard fan header

The fans instead of daisy chaining there plugged into a multi fan header and into a sys fan 1, as stated by the book. The hue+ is plugged into a usb 2.0 header, and my LED's are correctly wired into the hue+ unit.

plud them as daisy same as booklet you need to follow it to have them work and the aer goes to a fan header and not the fan .

That turns on the lights but the CAM software is still an issue and it is still not finding it, the LED's also are still now glowing up

your on good way rechek wiring you might have miis something also does it need to have a software to work on with led .
