So, I’m doing my first build with the H510 case. I see the 2 rear fans are exhaust and this case doesn’t really need intake fans. So any ideas into how i should place the radiator? If i place the radiator towards the components wouldn’t that heat up everything? and also if i should flip the fans?

thanks

Can you mount radiator in the front and as an intake ? That would be best position for CPU cooling. Air temps coming out of an radiator adequate for CPU are only 2-5c warmer than room temps, not enough to make much difference to other components.

So something like this? or do you mean the fans towards the components. I know the tubes have to be at the bottom.

Yes, that looks right. Normally you would mount the fans on the radiator so that the LIGHTS of the fans face out and can be seen. USUALLY this means that the air is drawn in from the front lighted side, flows though the fans, through the rad, and into the case. So they DO act as intake fans. As CountMike said above, the small increase in air temp from this has almost no impact on ability to cool everything else in the case.

Although your case has two pre-installed exhaust fans, it really DOES need intake fans, too to help ensure good total air flow. The AIO system rad fans perform this function. In fact, the case design with two pre-installed exhausts are top and rear and no intakes appears INTENDED for you to use an AIO system with the rad and fans mounted in the front. Or, if you were using an air cooler on the CPU, you'd still want to add front intake fans.
