nzxt h7 elite fans very loud just bought this case and is extremely loud and ideas,got the nzxt cam software will let me change colours of fans but not quiet them?

If you have connected things as shown in the case manual, all your case fans will be connected to outputs from the Fan Controller included. (This does not include the CPU cooler fan system.) That Controller has three output ports, and comes with a three-output Splitter for EACH such port.

The Controller works with the NZXT CAM software utility to control both fan functions and lighting functions. It MUST be connected to a mobo USB2 header so that CAM can communicate instructions to it. If you CAN adjust lighting displays using CAM, then that link must be working.

Check this detail within CAM. The Controller's three output ports are treated as separate channels. For EACH of the three ports there may be an option of whether it uses the older Voltage Control Mode (aka DC Mode) or the newer PWM Mode. Assuming all your case fans are FOUR-pin fans, these should be set to PWM Mode. IF you have ANY THREE-pin fans (that's 3 pins only for the fan MOTOR cable, not the lighting cable), those should all be connected to ONE of those Controller ports and that port set to use DC Mode.

Beyond that, I recommend you set each output port to use Automatic or "Normal" Profile (that is, how it decides what speed to run the fans), and not a fixed high-speed Turbo or slower Quiet setting.
