NZXT Hue + Cam

My nzxt kraken x42 is not being detected on CAM software, the light is on but theres no detection. My nzxt AER fans and strips are working but Spectrum Wave does not work on them! I'vealready connected the hue+ with a microsub to a port on the back of my pc, that made my hue+ work but spectrum wave not working and kraken not detected, please help

Tell us a couple of details. What maker and exact model number of mobo? Refer to the Kraken X42 manual and check whether you connected it as specified. It MUST have four connections:
1. Both fans on the radiator must plug into connectors on the end of a cable from the pump unit.
2. There is a single cable ending in a standard 3-pin female fan connector that must plug into the CPU_FAN header, and not any other.
3. You must plug a wide connector on a cable into a SATA power output connector from the PSU.
4. You must connect a cable from a connector on the pump unit to a mobo USB2 header. Note that this is in ADDITION to the cable from the Hue+ unit to a USB2 port.
