This will just make potential customers suspicious/cautious of NZXT, so why not disclose it?

A preinstalled psu, 140mm hybrid cooler... and they're giving users a repair kit.
The repair kit can't be for the psu; people shouldn't be opening that up or anything.

There may be a fault with the hybrid cooler then.
Then there's that one statement about a short...

Oh well, I'm sure Redditors will spill the beans at some point.

Wow. That's pretty serious defect if that's what they're trying to cover up.

Why don't they just come out an say it. The moment a single person gets their hands on the fix, we all will know what the defect is.
