Question NZXT Kraken 240 not fitting onto AM5 socket - Gigabyte B650 gaming plus wifi mb

I have a new NZXT kraken 240 which I am fitting to Gigabyte B650 gaming plus wifi motherboard.

When mounting the AM5 sleeves (with the standoffs in them) onto the mb, the screws on the standoffs don"t reach down far enough to grip the threads on the motherboard backplate. They are the only length of standoffs/screws provided.

It seems that the backplate nut (or whatever it is called) don´t protrude far enough through the motherboard for this to work. See photos

Before reaching out to NZXT and/or Gigabyte customer support, is anyone here familiar with this problem? Any help appreciated. Thanks

If you had "longer screws" would that directly resolve the problem?

Seems a simple and perhaps silly question but keep in mind that shorter screws likely cost less and that someone, somewhere, skimped a bit.

What screws were provided or otherwise available?

That said, I will add the suggestion that you take, if possible, a couple of photographs showing the problem.

Post the photographs here via imgur (www.imgur.com).

Someone may spot some specific problem and/or make other suggestions.

Thanks for the reply.
No unfortunately only one set of AMD standoffs/studs included. I have edited my post with photos
On photo 4 the standoffs are pushed all the way into the sleeves showing how they don´t reach out of the sleeves, enough to be able to reach into the threads on the mb.

Component list for the liquid cooler, only one type of AMD standoff provided:

What a poor translation in the manual !!!! Those "screws" are actually called Studs.
Looking at pictures. seems to me that those studs are supposed to be screwed in MB back plate first with shorter threads and spacers placed over them.

Thanks for the reply, Mike
Could be a poor translation on my behalf as well. I´m not a native english speaker.
I couldn´t find as well the correct technical term for the protruding nuts attached to the mb backplate that come through the motherboard. What are those called?
I think they are the problem, they are not long enough on this particular mb, which at the same time I find odd, considering they should all be the same with those standards.

The NZXT installation illustrations show that the sleeves should be placed on the motherboard with the studs/standoffs screwed onto them and into the motherboard thereby securing the sleeves.
Or at least thats how I understand it.

I tried it the other way around as you suggest, but then the studs are protruding far out of the motherboard on the rear/bottom side of it and not far enough up to secure the liquid cooler itself.
