Nzxt Kraken x61 setup(quick help)

I have NZXT Kraken X61 cpu cooler and Phanteks PWM Fan Hub for my case fans. I have my Kraken in Cpu_fan and my fan hub in Cha_fan2. I can control my case fans throught mobo, but I can't find way to control my Krakens fans. I have Corsair Sp140s in my kraken and af140s in my case. So how could I change my Kraken fans speeds? (Kraken x61 has its own fan splitter with 4-pin connectors and Corsair sp140 has 3-pin connectors. Could that be the reason?)

If your fans doesn't have 4 pin wire(PWM) then you can control it with voltage, means that you need extrenal fan controller.
