Question Nzxt kraken Z63 radiator problem

Hi
The radiator of my water cooler is punctured(liquid fully leaked), can the radiator be replaced? Or the pump and radiator are integrated with each other and can't replaced

The pump is located above the CPU's block. Just an FYI, you should look into a replacement cooler, since the coolant used in that AIO is made specifically to cater to mixed metals, whereby the radiator is aluminum and the cooling block/plate is copper.

Can't the warranty company replace the radiator?

To replace the rad would mean also refilling and re-sealing the closed liquid system. That work is more expensive than replacing the entire system.

Why do you ask about a Warranty company? Was this system faulty from the beginning? Is this properly a faulty goods warranty claim? Or, did some other problem cause the puncture?
