I bought a new computer and I'm having problems with it. The case its a Manta nzxt, it's a Mini ITX case as you probably know. The graphics card it's a MSI Armor 2070 OC.
The problem comes when i build everything and I realized even if the card fits in the case the fan blades are impacting on the cover above the psu. This cover has an completely unnecessary angle surface to attache it to the MoBo supports. I've tried to remove it (the cover) but it's part of the structure of the case and it's not possible. Also, I've tried to put a small cork to increase the space, but when the card achieves it's maximum speed the blades impact anyways and I think it's not the best solution.

Unfortunately I can not ask for a refund of the card. There is any solution for this? Probably no, but I just wanted to check if somebody had the same problem. In the end the solution would be to change the case but I wanted to check since I like the case.
Thank you so much in advance.

Solution
Well, you have few options without replacing PC case and GPU. Those would be:
* put a spacer between GPU and PSU shroud, to get enough clearance for GPU fans to spin freely. Best spot would be at the corner where PCI-E power connectors are.
* change the fan profile of GPU so the fans never reach 100% and won't hit the PSU shroud.
* take angle grinder and cut a hole to the PSU shroud where the GPU fans are.
