NZXT Nemesis & Cooler Master V8

Building my i7 computer right now but came across a problem. My case wont close unless I take out the side fan from my case. Is it safe for me to run my computer with only two 120mm case fans? (Has three but -1 after taking out the side fan).

Sorry to rain on your parade gore, but the V8 isnt highly rated as a cooler for i7, look at the Xigmatek Dark Knight.

As far as your -1 case fan problem goes, i can't imagine it causing critical system failure or anything, but do watch for the heat build up when it comes to the switch on.

If you're still worried, you can get some 120mm server case fans which spin at about 4000 RPM and can shift like 80CFM, theyre noisy and a bit thicker (37mm compared to 25mm standard case fans) but it will certainly help your airflow.
