This is my build http://pcpartpicker.com/b/AVK

I have a nzxt phantom 410 case with stock fans. My idle temps are 30c...playing bioshock infinite my temps got up to 55c. Debating if I should add more fans and if so where should I place them. I was thinking adding another front intake fan and a another top Exhaust fan.

Solution
You have a nice system.

What do you wish to accomplish?
Your idle and playing temperatures are good.

Fans do not cool. They just increase airflow, and... at the price of increased noise.
If you want to estimate how effective added fans could possibly be, take the side covers off your case, and direct a house fan at the innards. I bet things would not change much.

A better way to cool down your CPU is to upgrade your CPU cooler. CM and Noctua make great fans. CM, Antec, Corsiar and Thermaltake make great closed loop liquid systems. You might want to look into an after-market liquid adapter for your video card as well.

But the other posters are correct, your temps a very good, as is.

Does a liquid cooler for cpu go on top of what I already have or or would I have to remove my cool master?
Since my temps are good, At what temps should I be concerned?

Recommended gpu after market cooling system?

Your cm hyper212 is a good $30 cooler. You would gain little on added OC by replacing it with a $80 noctua or phanteks.
Do not worry about temperatures unless stress testing shows instability or downclocking.
Run prime 95 with rounding checking enabled. Let the temperatures as measured with realtemp climb to stabilization.
If your hottest core is <80c. you are ok.

Seriously, your temperatures are great. Spending money on additional cooling is a waste of money.

Just providing as food for thought. Your temps are fine.

And how you spend your money is your business. If you want it and you can afford it... buy it.
