nzxt phantom grounding problem?

Ok so my friend has a perfectly working pc then when we transfer the hardware into the new nzxt the thing will power on but not boot or post and there's a red light on the cpu..the system work fine outside the case and in the old one, Any ideas? Weve tried reseating the motherboard tried different risers and screws. Any help appreciated
