NZXT s340 vanity shield lost

I have a gaming pc with the nzxt s340 as the case but I lost the vanity shield. Is it bad if I use my gaming pc without the vanity shield and if the answer is yes, where can I buy that part?

By vanity shield, I presume you mean the rear I/O panel insert.
Since that will be unique to the motherboard, your options are limited.
I doubt you could get one from the motherboard manufacturer directly.
More likely, you can find one on ebay.

If not, do not worry, it is not really necessary.

FWIW, the dimensions of an I/O shield are standard and will fit any case.
NZXT can not help there.
It is the interior arrangement of port openings on the I/O plate that is not standard, and that will be unique to the motherboard.
