OBS stream quality horrible?

So I know this may not be the place for this but didnt know where to ask so...

I have been trying to steam Rainbow Six Siege but it keeps lagging and running horrible. I have a I5 4690k, gtx 970, 16 gig of ram etc so idk what it is. I have 140 mbps download nad about 24 upload. I downscaled to 720 p and went to 30 fps and put my bitrate at 3000 and its still just horrible and freezing. plz help

Your PC is very robust. Your internet specifications should be enough. There is likely some complicating factor.
If you are streaming over WiFi, consider using a cable instead.
Use speed test to measure your actual bandwidth. What you pay for and what you get are rarely the same thing.
