Obs streaming recording

Hey
I have a gaming notebook i5 7300hq gyx 1050 4gb
But when i do record a video the video is very laggy and my live Streames are laggy too
Please help

You record on one HDD which can be 7200 or 5400RPM, if THE HDD is single, doesnt matter if it shows 2 patritions or 3, it will always be laggy no matter how you turn the tides up.
You need an second HDD external if you cannot add it into the Laptop and that will provide you stutter free recording.
