Question OBS Studio/Sony Vegas Pro 16 Bad Upload Quality

Hello I use Sony Vegas Pro 16 to edit and render my videos and I have tried so many different Formats and bitrates (resample disabled) and presets and just no matter what I use the video looks really blurry/pixelated once its uploaded to youtube. I have tried going by YouTube's recommended upload encoding settings in OBS and Sony Vegas and get the same if not worse results. This is extremely frustrating because I look at other YouTuber's videos in 1080p and they look good, some even amazing.

Here are my current OBS settings:
Base (Canvas) - Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1920x1080
Downscale: Lanczos
FPS Values: 60
Recording Format: MP4
Encoder: Nvidia Nvenc H.264 (new)
Rate Control: VBR
Bitrate: 30,000
Max Bitrate: 40,000
Keyframe Interval: 2
Preset: Max Quality
Profile: High
Gpu: 0
Max B-frames: 2

can you post a video and upload the logs so that i can see whats wrong

Also try FFMPEG which is a free and so powerful tool. I've encoded some X265 with a great quality.

Also check if that software you are using have two-pass encoding, it sometimes help

@null_dev I gave that a try and it works amazingly, and yeah it has and I use two-pass encoding.
