Hey, I just recently bought the MSi DUKE 1070 Ti, and I got a stable overclock of an extra 250 MHz. I was wondering, how would this compare to a stock 1080? 1080Ti? Thx.

Depends on the GTX 1080 that you compare it to.
Generally the GTX 1080 will still beat it with the higher end cards beating it by quite a bit, especially the ones with 11GBS GDDR5X.
The GTX 1080ti will beat it by a lot, over 30% or more.
