OC Genie 4 G3258

So i built my pc about three weeks ago, and the performance is good but i want great lol. Has anyone used the OC Genie 4, and if so what are the proper steps?
My PC Specs:
G3258 3.2ghz CPU
MSI H81M-E34 MOBO
8GB Crucial Ballistix Ram
1TB WD Blue HDD
MSI R7 250x 1GB GPU
Corsair 430w 80+Bronze PSU

Software overclocking is poor adds to much voltage.

I have done it with g3258 and msi oc genie it bluescreened 1 min in.
