oc genie 4 not working

my pc specifications are
amd x4 860k processor
gtx 960 2gb zotac
520 watt power supply
8gigs of g.skill ram
msi a78m-e45 motherboard

everytime i try to use oc genie 4 it says it requires a 65watt k series processor
i thought the 860k was a 65 watt k serie processor could somebody please explain why this isn't working
