Question [OC ISSUE?] Screen Flickering Game

Did I brick my GPU/CPU?

When playing borderlands 3 I get weird flashes in my screen. I think this could have to do with a OC ive previously done on the current hardware in my computer.

Does anyone have experience with this? Maybe even a solution?

Edit: I did update all the drivers, reinstall the game. I even did a factory reset on my PC. Nothing has worked so far.
