I need to overclock Nvdia GT 630M.. software recommendations ?? It should increase memory clock but regulating voltage!

try msi afterburner (not sure if it will work though, but its free anyway)

just, you know, do not expect much. 630 (and 'M' at that) is not really built for gaming. Overclocking this will not give much improvement
