So ive tried some tests with cinebench 15 and im only getting a score on 930 when i use to get a score of 1030, i also have a clock speed of 4.7 i can push 4.8 but its unstable and crashes and gets way to hot. With the 4.7 i have a voltage of 1.340 and on cinebench i get freezes and sometimes crashes. I have a kraken x62 water cooler so that's not an issue but i usually get around maxed out temps anywhere from 65 to 75 ish. If you have any idea what i might need to change or your own OC with your system and what you get, cheers

Download HWmonitor https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
Run cinebench r15 check core utilisation, clock and temperature.
Reset your bios F5 and overclock again, this time adjust only multiplier and manual voltage. Try 4.5GHZ on 1.350v run cinebench r15 to check if u stable and what score do u get. Try to keep your temps always bellow 80C in any other tasks than stress test.
Also check for voltage drops, as it can cause instability. If voltage is bellow 0.030V or so what is set in BIOS then u should adjust LLC (loadline calibration)
