Question OC tuner in bios

I just tried OC Tuner in the bios (b550-plus) with ryzen 5 5600x
Before my cpu mhz was 4650mhz while gaming Now it is 4200mhz with the OC tuner in bios
I thought the OC tuner would OC my cpu etc ???

Prioritizing multi-core speed over single core speed will do that. Generally better to stick to the defaults and turn PBO on.

Though 4.2Ghz does seem rather low, stock cooler?

Cooler= NH-D15S
I tried userbenchmark also with the OC tuner setting and my result for CPU were not worse
I think that now all cores run at 4.2ghz before maybe only 1-2 cores run at 4.65ghz
I will try this for a while

added: I also got better result at 3dmark using this OC tuner even at 4.2ghz
So it doesnt seem to be bad at all ...
