Hi, i want to max my Athlon 860K to 4.5Ghz.
Stock fan is noisy i want to buy XIGMATEK GAIA SD1283 wich is about 20$

I have 2 12cm intake fans 1x front 1x side
My only exhaust is my PSU right now :/
