Question Occasional hard drive beep, should I be concerned?

A while ago I got my hands on an Inspiron 570 with many missing components. It is using an old ASUS laptop hard drive from around 2014. I made sure the power rating was safe with the PSU before using it, and it has worked fine for about 6 months. As of recently, I’ll be sitting at my desk minding my own business when I occasionally hear a click (significantly louder than the normal mechanical clicking of an hdd), and then a fraction of a second later a small beep. This happens only every so often. I’ll hear it maybe only 3-4 times a week, but I need to know if it is something I should be concerned about. There are no signs of problems if it happens while I’m using it (no freezing, errors, etc...), but I have a significant portion of my life and childhood on that hdd, and I have automatic backups turned on, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
(Because I use the Inspiron as a server for multiple programs, it is usually running 24/7, with occasional breaks every few days)
Thanks in advance!
