I have been recently getting into overclocking, and i have found i have been quite lucky with my cpu as i can get my 6600k stable at max usage with 4.6ghz and 1.300V at 50 degrees temp.

But, now i am trying to take it to 4.7ghz but the only stable voltages are 1.350 to 1.360, as i am using my PC pretty much 24/7 for gaming i dont know if these voltages are going to degrade my cpu or not. It is stable under stress tests giving me 65 - 75 degrees.

Cooler: Dark Rock Pro 3

Agree completely with popatim. Don't get greedy.
You occasionally see people on this forum who used a lot of voltage to do a big overclock, and a couple of years later their CPU stopped working.
My son is gaming on a 7 year old computer with a big overclock. It still works because I didn't increase the core voltage too much....

If I were you, I might even turn my CPU down to 4.5GHz, and see how much further I could drop the volts.
