This is my 2nd PC I'm trying to juice up without buying anything else atm.
Specs - https://imgur.com/mZo8Mcl

CPU - AMD Phenom II X6 1100t BE
Heatsink - Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard - M5A97 2.0 believe its a 4+2 VRM
RAM - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB, DDR3 1600, Timing: 9-9-9-24
PSU - 600 watt StealthXStream

I currently have it at 3.8ghz, I'd like to get up 4.0ghz if not a bit past. I know my current Values are all screwed up from pushing it to 4.0ghz trying to get it stable.

Any help would be appreciated I've been banging my head against the wall trying to get it stable past 3.8ghz.

Solution
I was able to get my old 1100t stable at 4ghz with 1.48v on a h100, that just enough to keep it cool. Your hyper 212 wont get 4ghz, it just cant keep cpu cool enough.

That board if its the LE modle with a naked 4+2 phase is also not going to cut it to keep the 6 core stable at 4ghz, it just power hungry.

The Phonom II x6 1100t max safe operating temps on the cores is 62c, any higher it can be come unstable if not shorten its life.

Also a tip for the Phenom's, if you get the CPU-NB clock up as close to 3000mhz as possible, some chips can do more, that will increase the performance quite a bit. Voltage on the CPU-NB can range up to 1.35v safely, but it will increase cpu temps.
