Question OCPC Pole P1

I was debating on whether or not to buy ocpc pole p1 for gpu cooler. I was playing star wars jedi survivor all day today and the temperatur stay between 70 and 71 degrees which is hot to me but everyone keeps telling me that's normal but i don't understand why it's that high though

Those are not bad GPU temps, especially if under load. What are the complete specs for the system in question (make/model of ALL installed components)?
