It's not about just booting faster, EVERYTHING is faster. It is much more enjoyable to use a PC that isn't waiting on the hard drive, and trust me that is 90% of the time when you're using software on a hard drive. Time saved is cumulative as well, so you end up saving a measurable amount of time, even after only a day.
