I hope they also plan to give us a look a Vector/Barefoot3-based PCIe solutions too. I've got 5 Vector drives up and running now and the controller seems rock solid and just stays fast.

I doubt the vector controller is optimized for enterprise storage, I would rather see them use the lessons learned to create a controller specifically for enterprise class storage.

The Vector PCI-e will be displayed and is due out by summer. They are working on a new enterprise controller now and should be out later this year.

They've been talking about Kilimanjaro PCIe SSDs almost being bottle-necked by even PCI3 3.0 x16 for quite a while now. I wonder if they or an even newer successor ti them will be involved at this
