[SOLVED] Odd ESC Key Behavior

So here is a strange one. I now randomly am getting a new Chrome window every time I press the ESC key on my keyboard. I am very confused. It does not matter what application has focus, it will always launch a new chrome window and give it focus. (making games unplayable...)

Any thoughts? I checked the macros on my keyboard just to make sure, but there is nothing showing in iCUE.

It does not immediately happen upon startup, but it always comes back after about 30 seconds - a minute. All I have changed is I added some LED strips and uninstalled RGB Fusion. I also made a bios change to turn off the leds on my motherboard. I have Chrome auto-launch and it seems to start after that.

Start by reinstalling Chrome.

Do not have Chrome auto-launch.

Determine if the problem ceases.

Then, after some time - a few days at least, if the problem does not reappear then reinstate auto-launch.
