Odd File In C:\ Drive

Well if you delete it and it shows up after, you have some malware issues. Check in properties is that connected with any files or what so ever. Then delete it if not.

I did a bit of reading. Its nothing to worry about, you can delete it without issues.

Run a scan with Emsisoft Emergency Kit and Zemana antimalware to see if you there are any problems.

Apparently its a registry error which you can fix with any registry fix program. So you don't need to worry at all
