Hi,

I recently bought a mobo off of ebay and didn't realize the mounting holes for the heatsink are vastly different than standard 1155 socket boards. I am hoping someone can help me find a heatsink that fits. It is rectangular, instead of square, and is about 4 inches by 3 inches. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've included some pictures for reference. Thanks in advance.

Here's an old thread about the same issue. You have a BTX form factor motherboard, which has different HSF mounts from ATX. Searches for "BTX cooler", "BTX heat sink", etc. yield a few results. Many of them appear to be designed for the fan to project over the side of the motherboard. I don't believe there were any BTX boards targeted at home builders, so it may be difficult to find a cooler that isn't designed with a specific chassis in mind.
