Oddly named folder...

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

I cannot instal or do much cause I "Can't open file for
writing C:/Documents and Settings/¢Ö.○○◘○♣☺♠" then it
goes to whatever I'm trying to do. I can't rename it,
cause it's a windows file.. Please help

This stinks of spyware to me. You'll probably want to run the following
programs to remove spyware:
AdAware -

Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
MS AntiSpywareBeta -

And these programs to remove viruses:
AVG AntiVirus - http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/

a-squared - http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
TrendMicro HouseCall -
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp

Also, you should be able to delete the folder if you boot into safe-mode.
