I get stuff from them every once in a while, but they know me so I can phone them and tell them I will be down to pick somethig up, however they aren't DELIVERING it to me, so the rules may be very different.
I believe the reason they wouldn't take phoe orders is that there is no physical record of the transaction, and getting a collection agency after a few orders a month/year for such a small amount of money (hey it's not mass volume or big bucks) isn't worth their while. Via the internet, and in person, etc. they have a way to record your acceptance of the product for said method of payment. Now this is just my guess, but it is th action of most small stores, it was the same for us when I worked at a hobby store in Thornhil.

If you can't visit the store it's going to be difficult unless you order online. Sorry it's turning out to be so much trouble, I didn't expect you to have any difficulties, but I guess it's a little easier for me I guess because I work and live in the city.
