Hello all, I have a peculiar "issue" I would like to discuss. Recently, we migrated all of our clients to Office 365 for their email solution from our hosted Exchange server.
Now, during this process part of the migration is re-creating their email profile in Control panel>email, when this is done and you open outlook and check account settings the server is now the Microsoft 365 server great! One User out of the hundreds we have done has a bug where every so often outlook will revert back to her old profile and re connect to our soon to be dead exchange server. Does anyone have any info as to why this is happening? My only solution was to delete all other profiles and have only her new one. I just wanted another set of eyes on this. Thank you.
 
Solution
Remove all email profiles except the one pointing to Outlook 365. If that doesn't do it then remove all profiles and recreate one pointing to Outlook 365.
