[SOLVED] Office home and student 2019 word question.

I have copied and pasted a large posting from a "steam" games discussion thread so that I don't have to retype it all.
After pasting into word the printing now appears in white ink with a black background around each individual word so obviously it will use a lot of ink.
Is it possible to do what some people might call an inverse image so that it will appear as black ink with a white background.

Solution
Keep Text Only

In Word 2019:
On the left is just paste. On the right is Right click, Paste Options, Keep Text Only.

Hi monkey your suggestion did not work but I found a weird solution , I copied and pasted the posting into this reply box but something odd happened . instead of white text with a black block around each word it pasted here as normal so all I did was re copy and paste it back into word and it appeared as it should.

A strange work around but it worked.
