Offline UPS Problem

I have problem with my offline 800 VA new ups. My PC's PSU is 650 Watt.
At the time of AC power interruption (for load-shading) it is ok when pc is idel or low in load, but when in load(if i playing games) it just restart every-time.

Note....
1. i have 2 offline ups
2.They are connected as - AC-->1st ups-->2nd ups--> PC
3.I try with different PSU
4.i also try with one ups.

An 800VA UPS can support about 50% of the rated load max. If your PC is approaching 400VA then you are exceeding the capabilities of the UPS.
It is probably not a good idea to chain the two UPS either.

You probably need a 1500VA UPS (or larger) depending on how long you need to sustain your PC.
