Override will let you set voltage manually and offset + or - apply that much more or less to base voltage. Manual is good for set overclock and override +/- to have flexible voltage according to load.I have msi b350 gaming plus (latest bios) when i touch cpu core voltage i see 2 option offset or override.
Is that only computer in the world ?Which one to use to overclock cpu and ram?
Must be the only one since you are not saying what computer it is. Can't expect every one to behave same. MB. CPU, RAM and even BIOS make difference.

Why you didn’t say it from the first time ? Whatever thanks.Override will let you set voltage manually and offset + or - apply that much more or less to base voltage. Manual is good for set overclock and override +/- to have flexible voltage according to load.
Because the effects are not same even on same platform, let alone on all platforms and depends on BIOS version and MB, CPU etc.Why you didn’t say it from the first time ? Whatever thanks.
