I'm owning Intel i5-4590 and have Scythe Shuriken on it.
In idle:
Core temperature is 35 degrees.
CPU package temp is 38 degrees.
In load using Prime95 with workers on 4 cores (all 4 cores on 100%) the temp was 68 degrees.

Do you think this it's OK?
Would I help with temperatures in load with bought of new, better cooler?

Intel says not to let it get hotter than about 72°C. Since a torture test like Prime95 should represent, more or less, a worst-case-scenario, its fine. In games you'll probably average no more than about 50-55°C most of the time.

A better cooler might lower your temperatures further, but as long as they are within spec (and they are) there's no need.
