There's a bunch of cell and molecular type forums out there but most of them are methods/protocols forums. Some professors post notes and whole portions of their classes on the internet though, so you can learn there. Science and Nature are good to keep you up to date but their articles/reports/news/etc. is flavor of the month stuff so you only read about what the editors think is flashy or hot. Cell is the same way to an extent but the focus is obiously much narrower and it actually has full reviews and primary research articles. If you really want to learn about molecular and cellular biology, start with Molecular Biology of the Cell by Bruce Alberts et al. Best reference on the topic that there is. From there you can go to your local university library and check out review articles on the stuff that interests you.
