Okay to overclock? (i5-4670k)

Hello everyone! I finally upgraded from my stock cooler I and am hoping to overclock my CPU. I would assume I am okay to overclock but I would prefer to check first.

Core temperatures are 30°C with no load at 24°C ambient.
Core temperatures are 60°C during Prime95 v26.6 Small FFT's or 100% load at 24°C ambient

Specs:
CPU: i5-4670K @ 3.40GHz with hyper 212 evo
GPU: EVGA GTX 980 superclocked with acx 2.0
RAM: 16GB G.SKILL Trident X Series @ 2400MHz
MOBO: Z87-G43
PSU: CX750M
Storage: 250GB Samsung 840 evo ssd
Case: Corsair carbide 200r
OS: windows 7
 
Solution
Youre completely fine to OC with your setup, and youre actually getting better temps than me in p95! just do small OCs at a time and stress test with p95 for 10-15 mins as you go and when you feel youve got a number youre happy with run stress test for several hours to ensure maximum stability- if temps start going too crazy then shut down p95 before any damage occurs enjoy. also theres a nice intel temp guide on here heres the link
