Old - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZsY3jp
New- https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3yWQMc

Reason- My previous cpu (amd athlon 880k) couldn't run new games at 60fps on low settings.
Question- Is there any problems that are going to pop up besides windows needing to get re-activated when upgrading these parts for example is my gpu not going to work with my new motherboard/cpu??? What drivers should I uninstall before the upgrades?? If you couldn't tell I'm being quite paranoid atm.

You will most like have to reactivate Windows as you say but besides that there's nothing to worry about. You can however save some money and buy some 3200 MHz ram for the Ryzen 5 3600X.

Just update your new system once it gets going and you should be ready to go

Save some money with the regular 3600 and a Msi B450 Tomahawk MAX motherboard instead.

You've got that part backwards. You install the motherboard and gpu drivers AFTER reinstalling the OS, not before it.
