Old flash 15 download for Windows 8.1

So, my Waterfox is constantly crashing while on flash pages since flash 16 came out, to fix this i got the idea of downloading flash 15 witch i never had any problems with. So i dd some research and i discovered flash is installed via Windows Update. Is there any way to get around this so i can install flash 15?

EDIT: 16:08(GMT + 1) UPDATE: After troubleshooted the problem in safe mode It seems to be one of my addons causing it, Status report when i figured out witch one.

EDIT 2: 16:11(GMT + 1) Sems to be YouTube High Definition(35.3) That's causing the crashes. Now i know at least.

Um, no. Flash is not installed by Windows Update, just as Waterfox's updates are not handled by Windows Update.

When you install Flash, it asks at the end how you want Flash to handle the updates:
-- never notify you (not recommended)
-- notify you when an update is available (my personal preference, in case it causes issues)
-- Flash will automatically update itself

Now, I suppose you could maybe find somewhere online (maybe CNET, maybe Downloads.com) somewhere that has an older Flash version. However, since 99% of the Flash updates are to resolve security issues, it would be extremely foolish to try to go back to an older version. Give Waterfox a day or two, & they should be able to update to take the new Flash version.

Ok, Someone was wrong i guess, but this has been going on for about a week, and its getting annoying, so i'm going to find flash 15 and install it anyway.

Strange because I'm running the new flash on Waterfox with no issues.

Also on 8.1
