Question Old game from childhood

I cant remember the name of a game from childhood....Only things that i can remember is that main character name is Tommy(i think) and that one time his mother dies in a house fire, its a 3 person game..thats all then i my brain is blind, pls help me

it is a PC game, i played it probably around 2010, 2011, 2012 if not less.

None of this, it is a lot older looking game its probably from early 2000, but i played it in 2011/12, no i meant Third person game xd,

i remember it more like a puzzle game rather then shooter, and it was not a 3D game, it was a 2D third person puzzle game.
