Old games lagging but new games doesnt

Windows 7 Ultimate

Processor: AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz

RAM: Samsung DDR 4 GB (2.86 usable)

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Ghaphics

32-bit Operating System

Alright so im a fan of spiderman games and you know they arent much good games for pc. My problem is that the old ultimate spiderman game(2005) on lowest setting and Fog On near but it still lags like hell? Why? And spiderman web of shadows also lags very much on lowest setting because of render distance but when i brought this pc wos wasnt lagging at all. And the amazing spiderman (2012) on lowest settings and some patch doesnt lag like wos or ultimate :/ i dont get? How old games are laging my newer game doesnt?
Plus - ( when i brought the pc i was running gta sa on default setting but now its even lag on lowest setting and render distance 0 and now im like excuse me what the.......)
Ive also formated and cleaned my pc some days ago. Drivers are up to date. In advance setting it is set to adjust for best performence. In power option it is set to high performence and desktop wallpaper is solid. I have done every single thing for more fps but nothing works. And i know you gonna say my specs are s**t but for GTA sa, Ultimate and web of shadows it is above recommended system requirements.

The problem might be with your RAM, as you have posted 2.86GB usable.

Turn off the fog, it takes lots of performance.

There are lots of good games for PC too. Try some new types of games and experiment if you like it.

Btw i have recenty upgrade ram it was 2 gb(1.61 usable before) and i have tried many games but in all games im facing the render distance problem which was never happend when i brought this pc

Are both rams different in configuration.
Can you take a look at the resource monitor.

i have brought this pc in 2012 but i have never formated or cleaned it in 6 years!!!!! Is that why it is happening? I think this is the problem. Are some of my pc parts damaged cuz of this?
(Also my pc is in dusty room)

Your PC must be old, the thermal paste must have dried off. All the dust and age must be slowing your computer.

First clean your PC well.
Buy a good thermal paste for your CPU and apply it.
This should fix your PC.
