Can an old gpu 9500GT run on ryzen cpu?

Probably but if your going with a 2200G or 2400G the iGPU is much better. Also you may run into driver issues on a newer OS (Win10) with that 9500GT.

Yeah, I think it will work, but as WildCard999 said, drivers may be an issue as it is not supported by Nvidia anymore and probably did not have driver support when windows 10 was released. But don't expect to game on it, but for web browsing and such you should be okay.

Yes, it can.

The card itself is puny, not even as strong as current intel integrated graphics.
