Question New CPU and SSD on an old motherboard ?

hello guys

I have an old motherboard, my PC is a Dell Optiplex 745 and i want to put a new/used cpu core i5 can i put it? and what will happen if i put it in ?

I also want to put an SSD in this PC.

I think the Optiplex 745 was introduced in 2006.

It used socket 775 motherboards.

Core i5 series stuff began around 2009. I think they used socket 1156, so I seriously doubt you can do that CPU upgrade.
